Craig Kitchen is a Founding Member, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Millennium Energy Group. Prior to founding MEG, he served as Chief Operations Officer for MD Helicopters, Inc. in Mesa, Arizona. Under his leadership, MD Helicopters, Inc. increased aircraft production and deliveries in excess of 100 percent. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Kitchen served as the CEO and President of Eagle-Picher Technologies, where he managed the Space, Defense, and Advanced Battery businesses. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Kitchen served as President of Catalytica Energy Systems and managed a public offering of stock, which raised over $100 million. He has also held top leadership positions with the Triumph Group, Stolper-Fabralloy, and Honeywell. He was educated at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and also holds an MBA degree from Northern Colorado University.
Benny Jay is the Chief Technology Officer for Millennium Energy Group and a principal inventor of the MEG E-SOURCE™ power cell technology and its applications. Mr. Jay has been largely responsible for the power cell's technical and commercial development. Prior to MEG, he served as President/Chief Executive Officer for Electrosource, Inc., which provided the business structure for early-stage development and commercialization of the MEG E-SOURCE™ power cell technology. From 1966 to 1987, he held various positions with Tracor, Incorporated, including Aerospace Group Vice President and Corporate Vice President for strategic planning, where he managed the Fortune 200 Company's special projects group. He received physics and engineering degrees from Abilene Christian University and the University of Texas at Austin. He leads a team of talented engineer-scientists in furthering development and commercialization of the MEG E-SOURCE™ power cell technology.
David Todd is the President and Chief Operations Officer of Millennium Energy Group. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Todd served as Executive Vice President of Operations for Lee C. Moore, a Woolslayer Company, in Tulsa, Oklahoma. From 2000 to 2007, Mr. Todd operated a management-consulting firm, where he provided executive level consulting to numerous companies. From 1989 to 1999, Mr. Todd held several management positions with The Boeing Company in Aerospace and Commercial Airplanes; his last position was director of program management and engineering for the Tulsa Division. Mr. Todd graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and statistics with a minor in physics from Montana State University and studied at the University of Washington School of Business while at Boeing.
Benny Dixon is a Founding Member, as well as the Chief Business Development Officer, of Millennium Energy Group. Prior to joining the company (from 2006-2008), Mr. Dixon served as the Director of Business Development for Care-View Communications, a Texas-based, publicly traded company. From 2003 to 2005, Mr. Dixon served as the Director of Commerce for the Cherokee Nation, where he was one of the five members of the Chief's Council on Business Affairs. Mr. Dixon has also served as the Athletic Director for Union Schools in Tulsa, Oklahoma, which is one of the top high school athletic programs in the nation. Mr. Dixon graduated with degrees in animal sciences and biology and a Master's degree in Administration from Oklahoma State University and Northeastern State University.
